* time blocks – set a maximum of 1 hour for boring tasks and then see how you feel – take a break and see if you need to do some more it is amazing how much you get done when you really focus for a set time.

Think about each question and rate yourself honestly on a scale of 1-10, where 1 means you agree strongly with the statement and 10 means you disagree strongly with it.
